The short version: WealthSight is a personal portfolio tracker, not investment advice and not a broker. Use it for its intended purpose, don't abuse the third-party services it connects to, and it's yours to use for free.
By downloading or using WealthSight ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use WealthSight. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
WealthSight is a portfolio tracking and educational tool. Nothing in the app — including risk scores, historical simulations, retirement projections, or comparisons against benchmarks — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Historical Monte Carlo simulations and safe-withdrawal-rate backtests are based on past market data and assumptions you control; they are not guarantees or forecasts of future performance. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
WealthSight has no user accounts and no backend server. All portfolio data you enter is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up your device if you want to preserve this data — we have no copy of it and cannot recover it if it's lost.
WealthSight lets you manually track investment holdings across accounts and brokers, fetches market prices and historical data from third-party sources (such as Yahoo Finance) to display charts and run simulations, and optionally uses Anthropic's API (with your own API key) to extract holdings from a screenshot you provide. We do not execute trades, hold custody of any assets, or connect to your brokerage accounts.

Market data is provided by Yahoo Finance and other third-party sources; we do not guarantee its accuracy, timeliness, or availability. Screenshot import uses Anthropic's API under your own account and API key — that usage is subject to Anthropic's own terms, and you are responsible for any charges Anthropic bills you. AI-generated content, including extracted holdings and market news recaps, may contain inaccuracies and should be verified before you rely on it.
The WealthSight app, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by Nicolas Widynski and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written permission.
WealthSight is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app, or the third-party market data it displays, will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nicolas Widynski shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including any financial or investment losses — arising from your use of or inability to use the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Because WealthSight is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed $50 USD.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
